30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with Birthday Ping Pro, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This covers both the monthly (€3.99) and yearly (€29) plans, and you don't need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt email.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from "Manage billing" on your dashboard. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
